Advantage Health is proud to announce the hiring of Lauren Koenig as an Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner. Lauren will be working out of our Family Health Center clinic in Detroit.
Lauren obtained her nursing degree from University of Michigan in 2011 and has worked as a registered nurse for two health systems in Madison, Wisconsin and Royal Oak, Michigan. As she developed her propensity for patient care and advocacy, Lauren became interested in pursuing a career in preventative health and maintenance. This desire led to Lauren earning her nurse practitioner degree from Oakland University in 2021.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to exercise by biking, hiking and swimming with her husband, daughter, and their dog. We welcome Lauren to the Advantage family!
