Advantage Health Host Free Community Health Rally August 11 in Detroit

Advantage Health is hosting its annual Community Health Rally on Friday, Aug. 11 from 1-6 pm at its Health Center located at its brand-new Midtown Detroit clinic at 1355 101 E. Alexandrine in Detroit. The event is free to attend, and all are invited.

This is a great opportunity for families to get more information and resources to support a healthy lifestyle for young kids, teens, adults and seniors. Advantage will provide several educational resources on such topics as dental screenings, blood pressure screenings, nutrition, hypertension, diabetes, the importance of exercise and more. Free health services will be available such as COVID testing, childhood vaccinations and more.

Attendees can register for appointments with Advantage providers and learn more information about its medical, dental and behavioral health services. Walk-in appointments for medical services are available at all Advantage clinics for medical and dental services from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays.

Several partners will be onsite with free giveaways, information and additional health and wellness resources. Light food and refreshments will be available along with live music and free raffle drawings.
