If anyone has wondered who we are, where we are or what we do, they’ll wonder no more! As part of our emerging marketing and outreach efforts, we are now proudly displayed on three (3) billboards around town.

This is not just a display of Advantage for the sake of blatant promotion, but instead is a strategic effort to ensure that we are engaging those we work daily to reach and retain. In order to be the best and offer our patients an “advantage” we must continue to work to ensure that every aspect of their awareness and engagement are good ones.

Given that medical, dental and behavioral health is a very personal exchange with people about their most intimate concerns, it requires that we provide an exceptional level of care, commitment and connectivity.

The billboards are one part of the larger piece of who we are and what we do, but it’s a very visible step towards making sure those in our community know that we are here—for them.

This also serves as a reminder to all Advantage team members that we must always be on—our best behavior, our best service delivery, and our overall game at all times. We only get once chance to make a lasting first impression, and we must make sure that it is a good one every time.

I don’t want to spoil the surprise of where the billboards are. Instead, I’d love for you to discover them (they are close by)…maybe take a pic and post it on social media (tag Advantage), or send to me so that I know you saw it. And, let me know what you think about them. Your opinion matters.

So, what’s next? Let’s continue to grow as individuals, as professional and as an organization. Not just in size, but in our footprint—those we touch and retain; all while elevating the service we give.
