The Advantage Health Centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC's), located in Detroit, MI,(www.ahcdetroit.org) provide comprehensive health/dental services to insured, and medically
underserved individuals; have openings for Family Nurse and Adult Nurse Practitioners to provide
services as described below:

Full time position with a generous benefit package (or part-time without benefits) for an experienced
provider to manage an adult/pediatric caseload in a family practice community setting. The position requires a FNP to work as half of the daily provider team consisting of an FNP and MD in

the health center, or as an independent provider on the Mobile Health Clinic. Support staff consists of administrators, medical assistants, clerical staff and social workers. The position reports to the Medical Director.
