Donations
Over 280,000 people living in Detroit and Wayne County have no health insurance, and more than half of Detroit’s residents live in areas with a shortage of medical providers. Community health centers like those operated by Advantage Health Centers help fill this gap in access to health care that affects us all. While grants provide funding for our basic operations, we are still limited in the number of people we can serve. The high cost of prescription drugs and laboratory fees have become especially burdensome for all health care providers. Your generous donation will help
us to deliver health care to those who are homeless or uninsured.

Giving Help and Hope fundraiser will be held on November 21, 2008 at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. Last year’s luncheon was a great success, raising over $23,000 for services to homeless persons. We look forward to having you join us this year for this worthy cause.
